Publishing

Only original checklists you made yourself can be published. AI-generated, downloaded and shared-with-you checklists are not eligible.

Every publish request is reviewed before it goes live — by an automated check, and by a person where the check is unsure.

Earnings

When someone pays to save your published checklist, your share of the sale — the price and split are shown in the app — is credited to your creator balance.

A buyer's first few saves are free to them. Free saves do not generate earnings, and neither does someone reading or ticking off your checklist without saving a copy.

The price and split that apply to a sale are the ones in effect when the checklist was published. We will notify you in-app before changing them for new publishes.

You can request a payout from your profile once you have a balance. Payouts are processed manually and may take a few working days.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to publish what you submit, and that it follows the Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.

Removal

We may unpublish content that breaks these terms. Where that happens, earnings already made are unaffected.
